Financial institutions should immediately notify LTF upon discovery of any error made in remitting IOLTA interest. Financial institutions must submit a Remittance Error Report/Request for Refund
showing both the original remittance information and the corrected information.This form should be submitted via email to IOLTAREPORT@LTF.ORG.
