For the 2025 application, LTF is collecting service, staff, and financial data in several pages of data collection tables within the application. (Existing grantees should rest assured that these tables collect the same information as LTF collected in the Excel workbook submitted with the CY 2024 grant application, though the instructions have been updated to guide you through the new interface.)
