Reporting Data Requested in the Application
For the 2026 application, LTF is collecting service, staff, and financial data in several pages of data collection tables located within the application. The information to be reported using these tables is identical to the information collected with the CY 2025 grant application, and formerly reported in the Excel workbook that was part of the CY 2024 grant application.
Instructions for reporting the data are located at the top of each data collection page in the application. Guidance about LTF definitions and categories are in the Data Collection Help Document below. Detailed instructions for data reporting are on pages 12 – 20 of the User Guide.
Applicants should be aware that the data validation built into the grant application means there must be a numerical value in every cell of the required data tables (including “0” if the count for that cell is zero). In other words, you will not be able to proceed to the next page of the application until entering a value in each required cell. LTF recognizes that completing these data tables will be time consuming for applicants. However, collecting data in this manner is a necessary part of ensuring the applicant data submissions contain accurate and complete data. Thank you for your cooperation.
